The house is minutes away from the beach in Southbourne and the local amenities and has a lovely room available for the right person.

Room 1 Is a double, and is available from 24 November and has just been renovated. Great views of the large mature back garden. It comes furnished, with a brand new double bed with desk, office chair , wardrobe chest of drawers and chair.


Room 2 is a large double room with a kitchenette. The room is currently being renovated, photos of the room available soon. It will be ready, hopefully by the end of November 1st week of December, but before Christmas. This will room will suit a working couple.
The garden is available for you to enjoy, with plenty of room for sunbathing and bbq's in the summer.

The house is regularly updated with new paintwork and flooring when possible, also it has fast Broadband/WiFi, bills included.

The kitchen is large, and fully equipped and has plenty of fridge and freezer space and a range cooker and 2 microwaves. The top of the range washing machine is in the utility area with the washing lines being outside, although you can dry your washing in your rooms - if kept ventilated. The balcony and (small) communal room with a TV are on the sunny side /front of the house.

Shared bathroom, separate shower room and a separate toilet. The communal areas are cleaned for 4 hours per week.

Plenty of road parking, the drive is for occasional use only- on request.

The property is close to Tuckton shops and the riverbank, with walks to Hengstbury Head. Seafield Gardens and the beach only minutes away on foot. Bus stops into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch are close by. Christchurch and Pokesdown Railway Stations are 1.1 and 1.5 miles away.

This is a fairly large, but quiet residence, and I would love to welcome 1 new person at the end of February. We have 2 cats - Bruce and Bella, so if you love cats and do not smoke I look forward to hearing from you.

Please note these rooms are single occupancy, although there is one double currently being occupied by a couple where they also have their own kitchen.
