We have a spacious, light-filled double room available in our family home, with its own private entrance at the front of the house. The room includes a private bathroom with a shower and direct access to the back garden, giving it a very self-contained feel.

The room is part of an extension connected to the main house via the utility room and kitchen, but it’s nicely separated, so you’ll have plenty of peace and privacy. It also comes with blinds and a full-length mirror.

From June, one of us will be moving out, and as the other occupant works away and is only home every other week, you’ll often have the house largely to yourselves.

You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, utility/laundry room, garage, garden, and terraces.

We’re a relaxed, clean, and respectful household, and we’re looking for someone similar.
