My name is Rob and I am looking for a lodger. I am a live in landlord with my 4 year old Cockapoo.
If you’d prefer to share with a group of people, that’s fine, but if you want the whole flat to yourself ( apart from me and my dog) then read on.
My flat is about 3 miles from the beach and on bus routes to Bournemouth and Poole town centres. Also walking distance from Talbot campus, Bournemouth University.
I have a 2 bedroom flat that was refurbished a few years ago. The vacant room is a small furnished double with your own television (with paid for film and series subscription). There is fast broadband throughout the flat.
Although it is not en-suite, the bathroom is just next door. I have a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc. You will have shared access to the lounge. At the rear is a private fully enclosed garden and space for a second vehicle at the front.
The potential lodger must be comfortable with my dog, so a dog lover would be welcome.
I will accept a small pet, e. g. caged bird or hamster, but no cats or dogs I’m afraid!
I am a non-smoker, kind, considerate and respectful. Although now retired, I am a registered carer for a disabled girl, so I’m in and out a lot of the time.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Rob
* The reason for my preference for a female lodger is that I have had females over the last few years and have had a good experience with them. I also found them more tidier than males. Especially when it comes to the bathroom floor!
