Preferably looking for a professional woman to lodge in my house. Bedroom is down long corridor at back of house overlooking garden. Luxury bathroom next to bedroom that is mainly used by tenant as there’s another one upstairs too.
Owner lives with grown-up son who is quiet and doesn’t have friends round. He is out much of the time. He is studying business on placement.
Full use of kitchen and garden if required. Can use lounge when owner is away… fairly often as is musician.
Owner and son are respectable professional people who love and maintain a clean and tidy house. Cleaner comes too.
House is in quiet residential road in Southbourne, only 15 mins walk to the beach and 19 mins walk up to the wonderful high street, Southbourne Grove with it’s wonderful mix of restaurants and cafes.
