ABOUT ME:

I am a 39-year-old female, experienced live-in landlord, who values cleanliness. A little mess now and then is fine as long as the space is kept clean overall.

I mainly work from home but go into the office once a week.

In my spare time I enjoy socialising, going to the gym, cooking or dining out, and holidays whenever possible.

Equally love a chilled solo night cuddled up with my two indoor cats or pottering about in the garden when the weather allows.

LOOKING FOR:

A friendly, communicative, non-smoking professional or final-year student who is happy doing their own thing but enjoys a natter from time to time.

I only want to share with one person (sorry, no couples), though I’m comfortable with a long-term partner staying over the same number of nights that you stay over at theirs, in any one week.

The room is ideal for someone seeking a long-term, stable, and relaxing home environment to return to after work or university.

I would require my cats being looked after when I am away - they have an automatic feeder so it’s more managing litter trays and playing with them.

Most bills are included bar a small kitty for cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll which will be shared.

I am flexible on move-in dates, as finding the right person is more important than timing.
