Would suit a young individual as only young , working people live in the house . One is my lovely son who lives there with his girlfriend .
There must be a face to face meeting with the people living in the house , as a good fit is a must .
We need someone who gets along with other people and not afraid to do their share of house work chores .
Smoking is ok , in the garden . Furniture shown in the photos belongs to the person moving out , but there will be a bed and wardrobe etc . We are also flexible if someone will want to bring their own furniture , desk etc . Store space in a cupboard on the corridor or in the loft , for extra things people have and they want to store it , not a problem .
