The flat has a shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen with all modern coms as well as a further balcony off the living room with commanding sea views.
There is a path down the cliff to the beach directly opposite the building.
The property is tidy and in spotless condition throughout and I would like to keep it that way. Happy to arrange a cleaner-for a fee- if cleaning is not one of your top priorities in life.
Secure underground parking can also be arranged for an additional fee.
All other bills included except for electricity, for which you'd be expected to contribute your share.
