I have a large double room available in a quiet residential street . This is at the back of the property overlooking the garden. It has a double bed, chest of draws, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and a large bookcase.

The room is £600 per month and is inclusive of all bills including internet and Netflix. This room is available now.

My home was refurbished within the past couple of years including a new kitchen and lounge and is well looked after. I have a main bathroom and an additional separate toilet. It has a medium sized kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. I have wood flooring in the hall and lounge and the rest has grey carpets .

I have a large garden with a patio, grassed area and a upper level with table and chairs (Perfect for summer sun whether its sunbathing or having friends over for a BBQ). I also have a lazy spa.

I have a driveway which can easily accommodate three cars and I am located close to bus stops and 2 miles from Poole town centre / Poole Hospital.

I am a 'live in landlord' but would want you to feel at home here. I am a 42 year old female who works in a adolescent psychiatric hospital. I’m friendly, clean and tidy. The other occupant is 23 working for Wessex water. We are looking for someone who is quiet and respectful.

I have a nearly 4 year old boxer dog who is house trained, someone who loves dogs is essential. He is excitable when meeting new people but is generally chilled for a boxer!
