Large double bedroom available to rent in a 3 bed first floor flat situated in a safe area between Ashley Cross and Penn Hill (both about a 5 minute walk). The bedroom has been recently refurbished. It comes with a built in wardrobe, a double bed, a bedside table and chest of drawers.
Nearby locations:
Ten minute bike ride to Sandbanks beach
Five minute walk to Ashley Cross
Five minute walk to Parkstone train station
Five / ten minute walk to the main bus route
Ten minute walk to Penn Hill
The flat has a 8.1m x 4.1m lounge, kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher and washer/dryer) and 3 storage cupboards. There are also 2 bathrooms in the property (including one en-suite). There is off-road parking available. The flat is built on a private estate which means that it is exceptionally quiet, and as can be seen from the photos there is a nice outlook from the large balcony which is accessible from the lounge via double patio doors.
I am looking for someone who is sensible, respectful to the property and others living there and someone who is tidy.
About me: I'm a professional and work Monday to Friday. I live between the flat and a place up in London. As I’m between London and the flat you’ll mostly be sharing with one other person.
Inclusive of all bills.
