Flat share in the lovely victorian seaside town of Swanage.

I am the live in landlady in this cosy, beautifully decorated flat located just a 15 minute walk to Swanage beach and 5 minute walk to the Townsend Nature reserve where stunning walks to the Dancing Ledge can be ejoyed. The area is perfect for sea swimmers, divers, kayaking, climbers and hikers alike. Swanage is also famous for the heritage steam railway, the Mowlem Theatre and Durlston Country Park and Castle. If that wasn't enough to entice you to the area there are numerous festivals throughout the year to keep you entertain you!

The first floor flat has a shared fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. The available room is a furnished double with a double ottaman bed, three good sized chests of drawers and a hanging rail. You would also had a drawer in the freezer, shelf in the shelf and a cupboard in the kitchen. You will also be welcome to use all equipment and utensils available. The bathroom consists of a large bath and walk in shower. All bills including broadband are included.

The flat itself is in a small blok of only four properties. There is a shared communal garden to sit and have morning coffee or a read in the sun. As the location is no in the centre of town the on street parking is generous.

I’m a very friendly and chilled, but houseproud landlady therefore I am looking for a quiet, respectful lodger who will tidy up after themselves and keep there room clean and tidy. I am a professional female who works from home part of the time. I enjoy reading, walking and spending time with friends and family.

I will consider a couple if both are profeesional and can provide references. The rent for a couple will be £695 per calendar month.
