Hey 👋 I'm Adam,

I have a really nice place to share in a very location close to town, Uni, train station and the beach. It's a 2 bed flat (technically 3 but the other room isnt used) with nice big rooms, tall celings and seperate bathrooms and washing room.

We're very lucky with how much we pay for what we get, its semi detached with off road parking and your own toilet.

I would like to invite a new person to join me as my current flatmate is leaving to relocate with work. I only tick female preferred as I've been living with her for a while and the dynamic has worked very well with sharing male/female - you are welcome to meet her and ask your own questions too.

I work full time from home, it wouldn't suit somebody doing the same. Sorry!

I'm very chilled, I tend to get on with most people I meet 😁 I like going for adventures like holidays, trips, festivals and such. After work i like playing games, watching a film or going to the gym.
