Hi, my names Jake and I have 1 double room available for single occupancy.

The room gets a lot of light and comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a double bed.

The room is in a friendly household which will consist of myself, Lucy, Christyn and my dog Buster.
I'm a 26 year old Gas Engineer.

The house is a 4 bedroom house located on the edge of East Howe.
The house has been renovated by myself and benefits from a newly fitted bathroom.
It is a non smoking home inside. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer which there are no restrictions on.

It's a clean social home. By social I mean I'd enjoy hanging out and having drinks together on occasion but also respect each others personal space from time to time.

Off road parking available on large driveway but space not guaranteed as the driveway would mostly be for my use. There is plenty of road parking available. Also very close to bus stops with a short drive to the centre of Bournemouth and many other locations.

I am looking for a friendly, sociable house mate and someone who will keep their room and all communal spaces that they use clean.
