Large 4 bed detached house in winton close to talbot campus has 1 single and 2 doubles to rent. 1 double is already taken by a 2nd year student returning for his final year. The house is fully furnished and kitted out. Fully fitted bathroom and kitchen.
I am the landlady who lives in the house downstairs separately so you won’t see much of me. I had all the bedrooms painted 2 years ago and the rooms are fresh and up to date. The house is a short walk to the talbot campus and very close to all the shops and amenities and a short bus ride to Bournemouth town centre and beach. I am looking for respectful people who will keep their rooms clean along with the communal areas as we all have to share the house. The rent includes all the bills and WiFi.
I have a cat that is deaf, only 3 legs and a touch of dementia so he is no longer allowed to go out for his own sake. He is a indoor house cat now. Please note this is a student let only, no professionals need enquire.
