Homestay accommodation in a large, comfortable, clean house within a few minutes walk of Bournemouth University (Talbot Campus) and AUB. Close to Winton and all amenities.

This is a large, comfortable, south-facing double room with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and a desk.. The bathroom, has a bath and a separate shower.

There is a communal kitchen to share with other student (kitchen utensils and cleaning products are supplied).

Happy to do a facetime viewing if coming from overseas. The room is available from the 11th January 2026 minimum 3 months. We are fully insured and have a landlords gas safety certificate.

All bills are included. International students welcome. All cleaning products supplied eg. washing up liquid, toilet rolls, washing powder etc.

One student per room only. Must like cats. No parking.

No guests. Quiet, trustworthy and clean tenants only please.
