I have a furnished double room available in my 3 bed house in Winton/Moordown. I fully refurbished my home last year, so it benefits from all modern fittings and decoration. The property consists of three bedrooms, open plan kitchen diner, separate lounge, bathroom and a downstairs toilet. I am only renting out one room, so the third room will remain empty. There is also a good size garden and patio area. There is unrestricted off road parking on the street.

My girlfriend lives with me most of the time. We are both easygoing and sociable, happy to socialise when possible or equally happy for you to have your own space. I enjoy a vast array of things including sports, festivals and travelling and I get on with most people. All I ask is that you’re relatively clean and easy going too. I also have an adorable cat, so any applicants must be cool with pets, especially cats!

I’m a professional landlord and I own a guesthouse in Bournemouth, so I have a lot of experience in this area and happy to answer any questions.
