We’re looking for a student to take over a room in our lovely 4-bedroom house starting from August. The house is in a great location and perfect for uni life. It is a 15 minute walk to Talbot Campus and 18 minute walk to Winton (like Lidl)
The property has two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), with the upstairs bathroom recently refurbished. There’s both a front and back garden, giving you some nice outdoor space, and parking is available as well. All bills are included, so it’s easy to manage monthly costs without any surprises.
You’ll be living with three friendly and welcoming girls who are currently in first and second year at university. We’re a sociable house – we enjoy chilled nights in with movies and sofa time, as well as the occasional night out. We also love a spontaneous trip to B&M or a late-night run to Big Tesco.
We’re looking for someone who is easy-going, tidy, and happy to be part of a relaxed and friendly household.
