I am letting out a recently refurbished room in my lovely house which i keep nice and clean all week round!

The house is quite large and has cosy lounge as well as a large conservatory with a dining table. All welcome to use.

The garden has a concrete barbeque area with tables and seating as well as a south facing large lawn... perfect in the summer!

Its on Cardigan which is a short walk to lots of shops and amenities! Walking distance to the university!
