Friendly household, with respect of own privacy, both yours and mine. I'm a live in landlady, with 2 small friendly dogs who live downstairs with me. I have another lodger who lives here monday to Fridays and has been here for 3 years now.

Lovely clean modern house in a nice quite residential area in Alderney, near Parkstone and just a stones throw away from the beautiful Bourne Valley Nature Reserve, lovely for walks. Close to Tower Park, 15 mins drive to both Poole and Bournemouth town centres. Good access to trains stations in Poole and Bournemouth. Bus stops few mins walk and routes that go to Parkstone, Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks.

Shared use of kitchen / dining room with all mod cons. Own kitchen cupboard space, use of washing machine when needed. Modern bathroom with spar lighting and also a separate shower room.
