The room overlooks the neighbour’s back garden so very quiet at night.

Would like a down to earth sociable flatmate, someone who open, direct and respectful. Communication and understanding is key to us getting along. Someone who is very clean and tidy. A little bit about me:
I purchase a property at the end of January and am 3/4 way through renovating it. I have replaced all the electrics, the boiler, the water pipes, plastered the ceilings and put insulation in the floor. A lot of time and thought has gone into this home project. I can guarantee that whoever takes the room will be comfortable in their surroundings.

I am a smoker but I will not be smoking indoors, ever. If you’re a smoker you will need to smoke outside, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.

I have a cat she keeps herself to herself, so hopefully you’re not allergic.

I am young at heart, I love music, like to laugh and occasionally be merry 🥂 Easy going, spiritual but not religious. I am direct and honest.
