We are looking for a clean and respectful tenant to share our lovely student house share. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household so Non-Binary, Trans and Gender Queer people are always accepted.

The location is wonderful. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the university campus and the high street, with nearby transport routes available!

It's a large fully furnished single bedroom, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. It’s a nice room with an airing cupboard and a large window. Lovely housemates and a really helpful landlord.

All bills are managed through the agency Split the Bills, which costs £87 per month. This fee covers unlimited utilities, including Wi-Fi.

The property features a bathroom and toilet on each floor, ensuring minimal sharing. In the kitchen, you will find a washing machine and dryer, as well as essential kitchen utilities.

The property also has a nice-sized garden and shed which means you'll be able to sit outside and relax after a hard day at work!
