One double room available in a friendly, well-maintained 3-bedroom flat for £140 per week, including all bills. The room will be available from 1st September (but we may be able to accommodate a slightly earlier move in if required).
Located between Westbourne and Bournemouth Gardens, the flat is a 25-minute stroll to Bournemouth's stunning beach, and 10 minute walk to the centre of Westbourne.
You'll have access to a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, along with fast Wi-Fi and a relaxed, respectful home environment.
We're looking for clean, considerate professionals who will treat the flat as a home rather than just a place to stay.
About us:
We're a couple who split our time between our two homes, as we don't live together full-time just yet. Kev is the live-in landlord of this flat, so you'll enjoy a good balance of having the place to yourself on some nights, while sharing the flat with us on others (approximately a couple of nights throughout the week and every other weekend).
Please note: Kev's flat is currently on the market. The property market has been very slow and he's had no offers, so we expect the room to be available for at least six months. However, as we can't predict when the flat might sell, we're unable to guarantee the length of the tenancy. We'll always give as much notice as possible should the situation change.
If you're interested, send us a message with a little about yourself and when you're looking to move in. We'd be happy to arrange a viewing.
