One of two double rooms that I rent out in the house, overlooking Redhill park. My boys have left home so the rest of the house is empty except for me. The house sits only 1 mile from Bournemouth university, approximately 2.5 miles from the beach at Durley Chine and 1.5 miles from Castle point. On good bus routes to get into town and the social scene in Winton, Charminster or Westbourne are pretty close!

The room is a good size double, capable of having a sofa/desk in it if wanted and can be furnished or not. Currently a 4ft double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. "Wooden" floors with a rug and curtains over the window blinds.

There is a separate shower room, not used by me, downstairs toilet, second living room looking into the back garden and deck area and a kitchen with a dining table.

Off road parking on the drive is available.
All bills; gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax are included in the rent.

There is a washing machine in the house as well as a launderette 100m away in a parade of shops which includes a local minimarket, barbers, chip shop, hair studio and photographic printer.

There are lovely walks down to the Stour river and the park opposite provides a great training ground/running route if needed.

Monday to Friday tenants welcome too.
