Only one room to rent, But now like a house share with the freedom you get, in a house so it's a chilled out house, I'm ex military and most of the long term tenants have all been ex forces as well and that's worked well, But you don't have to be ex or military, just that I am And that's what I've had work but anyone is welcome for sure!! I Like the piece of quiet as home is where you get to relax so wouldn't suit someone that's loud ect ect. This would suit a working professional or perhaps someone older and mature. I go away a fair bit so would have the place to yourself. Feel free to use lounge and everything. The room is unfurnished. References arnt needed, deposit is 350 and first months rent And it's available Now. I'm into my cooking so always got something on the go and happily plate you up a meal if running late. It's a place where adults live, so if something needs doing (house work) just do it, tit for that won't work here, we live here, were adults, so just get it done, clean up after yourself and help with general chores like you would in your own place. That's all I ask. I'm a ex combat doctor, so sleep is important to me so of your a night owl coming in and out at midnight 1/2/3am in the morning that wouldn't work either.
