Hello, I am looking for a BU student to take over my tenancy at 48 Stewart Rd as soon as possible. It is a good location close to the Lansdowne campus and in charminster. It’s a 4 bedroom house and the other three rooms are rented out by 3 other girls. Rent is £450 with bills at £46.50 and WiFi at £10.50 a month and the tenancy ends on the 31st of July.
