This bright and cosy two-bedroom flat is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the town centre with great transport links (train and bus). There’s a Co-op right next door and Asda nearby, and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chests of drawers. There’s also a TV point in the room.
The flat has high-speed broadband. A weekly cleaner is included, and all bills are covered in the rent.
You’ll have access to the main bathroom, you won’t need to share directly as I have an en-suite.
There’s no parking in the carpark itself, but there is plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets.
I’m a live-in landlord - a friendly, tidy 30-year-old professional. I work from home Monday to Friday, so the lounge isn’t available during the day, but you’re very welcome to use it in the evenings and at weekends.
I enjoy running, yoga, pilates, walks with my pup, paddle-boarding, going to the gym, and socialising, but I also appreciate a chilled night in.
There is a dog in the flat, so you’d need to be comfortable with dogs 🐶✨
