Couple looking for new tenant to move in September 2024! Landlord wants to meet new tenants end of July 2024! Very spacious double room with built in wardrobe, there is also a lounge area that is currently used as another room so couples are welcome, rent is split evenly between total number of tenants. Building is a house that is separated from top to bottom (we are top) downstairs are lovely and friendly! There is public road parking infront of the property, smokers are welcome just no smoking inside. There is a deposit of £1100 that has been pre paid by previous tenants but will need to be paid back over time, so no deposit required as of right now but please keep in mind between all of us an even share of £1100 will need to be paid back within 6-12months, current rent is £513 per month if split between 3 tenants (me and my partner included) if you are a couple it will be split between 4 taking it down to £385 per month per person.
