I have a double bedroom available in a Victorian terrace, furnished or unfurnished in a three bedroom house. I have just moved to the area from London and have a little dog.

About the room
Its a double (recently decorated) with traditional Victorian wooden flooring and south west facing which will get a nice bit of sunshine late morning into the afternoon. Includes a double bed, chest of draws and clothes rail at the moment but quite flexible with requests.

There's a living room and separate dining room. Along with a separate kitchen and bathroom including a free standing roll top bath. Plenty of additional storage if you need it in the shed or attic. The garden is spacious and enclosed. With on street parking.

Bills included: gas, electric, water, internet.

I'm flexible about the length of time you'd like to stay and move in date, prefer short - medium term but happy to discuss.

About me
I'm quite a chilled person. I work from home most of the time although will be in London one day a week. I practice yoga and meditation quite often and like to get out on hikes and go to festivals. Evenings are usually chill with a glass of wine and a movie.
