im looking for a friendly, clean, tidy person to rent, for good-sized double bedroom.
It's a large room with storage shelves and hanging space, and is newly decorated, with Plenty of light
Also, we have a brand new kitchen and a Sunny Garden.
We are 5 minutes from all the buses that run along Christchurch Road going into Bournemouth Center, and the train is only a 10-minute walk away.
The beach is also a handy 10-minute walk away!
Preferably, I would like someone working or a student.
Im a pretty easygoing person, and there is no problem we can't solve.
We have two bathrooms, and the house is big, so there is plenty of space for all of us.
All the bills are included in the rent... plus your fast fiber WiFi
