A shared female flat. It is a 2 - bedroom flat shared with myself who is the live in landlady. I am 32, ideally new flatmate would be female and ok sharing communal spaces of the flat such as the kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet etc. The back garden is shared with my upstairs neighbours who are a lovely young couple. Smokers are welcome but outside only please. Have had a few flatmates over the years. P. s I am a chill girl, not looking to make crazy profit, simply looking for help with my own mortgage and bills which would all be included with the rent as well as free wifi and there is a decent wifi extender in the bedroom for rent which ensures good connection.
