The room has an ensuite bathroom and the house has a well equipped kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The cost is 600 pound a month, this covers all power, bills, wifi and Council tax. There is nothing else to pay.

No deposit is required but you would need to pay the first month and half of the second month before you move in. This means in month 2 you will only pay £300.

The house is friendly and has a peaceful atmosphere. The Tenants tend to work hard and want to be able to relax at home without disturbance.
