My current (female) lodger is leaving and I am looking for a replacement from the 1st April.
This is neither a standard bedroom nor a full studio - it sits somewhere in-between. It is large at 24sqm (260 Sqft) and it is naturally divided in two parts: one side works as bedroom / office and the other as a dining / sitting room.

🚗 Berkeley Road (1 min walk): Suitable for overnight parking (Restriction 10-11am & 2.30-3.30pm Weekdays from 15 Sept – 7 July)
🚌 The closest bus stop (Winton) is 5-7 min walk away and will take around 8 minutes to the train station and 16 minutes to town centre. Buses 5, 5a, 12, 13, 13a, 15, 17, 32 U3, and 737 all stop within 5-7 minute walk from the property.
This is a split floor flat and I live mainly on the upper floor, only coming down to get in and out of the flat and to come in to the kitchen.

👉 Not working from home full time (1 or 2 days a week is acceptable)
👉 Non-smoker / vaper
👉 6-month minimum commitment
