I am looking for someone for my small .all contained annexe ,in my semi detached family home.
Long term preferred
Cost is 650 £ per month but on top tenant must pay council tax on the annex and show me proof that bill is paid.
All others bills are included in the price
Quiet area ,BH105LL, parking usually available on the street.
I do not mind cats.
My previous tenant stayed with us for 4 yrs, I am sorry he left, we had a good relationship.
Unfortunately no garden access as I have a big dog.
