The space is ideal for a single professional or student looking for a quiet and private living arrangement.

There is on-road parking directly outside the property, which our previous tenant used regularly without issue. A laundrette is conveniently located just a 3–5 minute walk away.

We are a family of four with one small dog (she does bark occasionally). We respect our tenant’s privacy and aim to give as much space as possible. However, as the studio is within our garden, we and our children do use the garden from time to time.

We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, and comfortable with a family setting.
