The room is on Osborne Road and is a large, very spacious downstairs bedroom with a double bed. It’s in an all girls house and offers plenty of space to make your own.

The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a lovely garden with a seating area. Upstairs, there are two toilets, one of which also has a bath and shower. Downstairs, there’s an additional shower room. Parking is available on the driveway and along the road.

You’ll be living with four friendly girls, three paramedic students and one midwifery student. We’re a relaxed, chilled, and respectful house, especially as we’re all on healthcare courses, but we also love to socialise, go to the pub, and have the occasional house night together.

The location is ideal for students it’s just a 6 minute drive to the Lansdowne Campus and 5 minutes to the Talbot Campus.

The tenancy starts in August and runs until 31st July 2027. I’ve already paid the deposit, so there’s no deposit for you to pay.

The rent is £133 per week, plus £21 per month for bills. This includes unlimited hot water, heating, Wi-Fi, and electricity.
