This is a student house in a 2 storey detached house in a safe and nice neighbourhood, 1 minute walk to Talbot Campus, 2 minutes to Art Uni and 15 minutes bus drive to Bournemouth town centre .Ideal for post graduates and mature students who want to be close to Uni and the Talbot campus library .
