I am from Bolivia and speak Spanish, while my partner is Italian and speaks both Italian and Sicilian. We have been living in England for over 30 years, and we also have a friendly cat. We would be delighted to welcome you!

We are looking for full-time workers or students. Please note that our accommodation is not suitable for couples, and we do not allow working from home.

We have a lovely, big and bright furnished spare room available, which includes a small fridge and is located on the first floor. You will share the bathroom only with another lodger. The kitchen is available for light daily food preparation, and there is a washing machine, available to you once a week, but we have no tumble dryer. All necessary cooking utensils are provided.
You will have shared access to fast broadband
There is a private-enclosed garden at the rear.
The house is on bus routes to Bournemouth and Poole town centres. We are within walking distance of Talbot Campus.

We are quite laid back, open-minded, and easy to get on with.
Furthermore, we are non-smokers, kind, considerate, and respectful.
