We offer comfortable and clean accommodation just a few minutes' walk from Bournemouth University (Talbot Campus), Arts University Bournemouth and all the shops, cafés and amenities in Winton.

We are looking for clean, tidy and respectful students/lodgers who will enjoy living in a peaceful and quiet environment. This self-contained accommodation offers a bedroom is a spacious, which is fully furnished with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and table - providing plenty of space to study and relax. There is also a separate lounge with tv and electric fire and also small kitchenette with own washing machine. Please note 1 person only. There is also a small patio area.

Our students often stay with us throughout their course, and we welcome both UK and international students. We are also happy to arrange a FaceTime viewing for students applying from overseas.
