Rent is £585 per month, which includes bills, broadband and netflix/sky/prime. We also have a cleaner that comes once a week for the communal areas.
The house is located close to winton high street with supermarkets, coffee shops and bus routes close by.
You will be sharing with myself and my partner both full time working professionals. We are clean, friendly, and chilled out. This is not a party house and we maintain the importance of being respectful of eachother and the house.
Must like dogs as we have a labrador and a collie/lab cross of which are both friendly and great company.
Courtyard garden to the rear of the house with outdoor seating, dining table and BBQ.
