Blissfully quiet area, nice neighbours, wildlife garden, Bourne Valley nature reserve right next door.

Bus stops nearby with direct buses (no need to change buses) going to Bournemouth town centre and to Poole. Free on street parking.

Large Tesco Extra + smaller shops walking distance. Tower Park and cinema walking distance.

The lounge is not shared since I use it as a home office. I've got ADHD, hence I get distracted and overstimulated so need that quiet home working space :)

The kitchen has: a washing machine, fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, microwave, mini grill oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and other utensils provided.

The Garden has lots of different sitting areas for enjoying the summer months.

I do garden maintenance and garden design as a job, I'm a big horticulture nerd :) But current garden is still a work in progress as I've spent the last year renovating the house instead.

I've enjoyed living with all kinds of lodgers in the past, it's been fun having movie nights and hanging out. But I also respect people's need for peace and quiet in case someone is more of an introvert.

I've got a cat, she's very sweet and friendly, but she's also well mannered and will take a hint to stay out of your way if you're not a cat person :) You're more than welcome to keep her out of your room.

Feel free to make the room your own, small items can be removed into storage and you can add your own pieces of furniture if you like.
