We’re looking for a third housemate to join us in our beautiful, bright, and airy home in Bow!

Joana and I have made this place very homely, and we’d love to find someone who wants to contribute to the community vibe we’ve created. We share meals and cook together, but also value our downtime and respect each other’s space.

Deposit: £1,230.77 (held in a secure scheme; the amount is based on the rent for the whole property).
Contract: the landlady will run a reference check and your name will be included in the rent agreement.

The house is located in a very quiet area, with Mile End and Victoria Park just around the corner;

Plenty of transport options: Devons Road DLR station is a five minutes walk; and Mile End and Bow Road stations are a 10-15 min walk.

👯 The Housemates
You’ll be sharing the home with two lovely human beings:

- Joana (43) has lived in London for the past eight years. She works for a local authority managing projects focused on climate and community engagement. Joana works mostly from home, heading into the office twice a week. Joana loves cooking, yoga, exercising, gardening, and her laughter is definitely contagious!

- Eloisa (39) has been in the UK for over 12 years. She works in the arts, full-time in the office during the week. She enjoys running, reading, visiting art museums and the occasional gardening.

🐾 Must LOVE Cats
You’ll be sharing with three adorable cats, so being a cat lover is a must! 😻😽😸(sorry, we can’t accept any more pets).

- Cooking and sharing meals now and then
