Hi, our lovely two bedroom flat by Victoria Park is available to rent.

My flatmate is moving out 23rd of October and I will be moving out 13th of November, so hopefully you also have a friend looking to move in! Otherwise we can get viewings once you’re in so you can decide who you want to live with.

The flat is overlooking the canal and park. It’s in a gated block of flats with a car parking space. Second/top floor with no lift.

Rent is £2250 + bills and we split it down the middle but you can split it how you like.

We love this place and the location, would happily stay if we hadn’t got offers we couldn’t turn down! Ellie is moving in with her boyfriend and I have decided to move in with a good friend.

I am a 29 year old professional in finance. Very chilled and tidy. Spend my time working, gymming, running, or chilling mainly. No pets, don’t smoke etc. I currently use the car parking space but it’ll be free after that.
