We are two close friends (and 1 new flatmate who’s joining at the same time) who have grown up together and we looking to continue the dynamic in the house with new people. We both make music and are apart of a music collective so we often have people over for sessions/rehearsals so expect there to be some noise (respectfully) and people visiting the house often. We have a good respect for one anothers downtime and are open to making friends and doing things as a house. We are both 25 and ideally we would like people around our
age (23+).
We would ideally like to have more of a mixed dynamic in the house in terms of gender!
