Hello, we are looking for someone to take over a single room in our well-located 3 BHK flat in Mile End. The room will be available early in the new year- Jan 6, 2027.

✨ The Room

The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe & a chest of drawers. Rent is £800 per month, and bills (wifi+gas and electricity+water) & council tax (band E) amount to approximately £150 each.

✨ The Flat

It is a south-facing flat on the third floor of a residential building (with a lift). We get lovely light throughout the year and the flat remains bright and airy. It features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious & comfortable living room, and a large balcony. You will share the shower and toilet with only one other flatmate.

You'll be living with two flatmates. We're both working professionals in our mid-late 20s and love to catch up over dinners, coffee and go out to local pubs and the cinema. We also love our downtime, so no pressure to socialise if you don't want to!

Mile End Station is an 8 min walk, Bow Road Station is a 5 min walk, and the Bow Church DLR is a 10 min walk.
