I am (sadly) advertising my room in a beautiful shared house in Old Ford Road - a stones throw from Victoria Park and a 15 minute walk from Hackney Wick.

You will be sharing the house with five others (in their late 20s and early 30s) all of them super great people! We have all become good friends with eachother over the last few years, and have created a very homely feeling in the house. We often share meals together and hang out in the evenings etc. The house feels very spacious and we have a lovely garden, which feels like a privilege right now!

I'm moving out the house only because I'm moving out of London. This is a permanent tenancy, so I will swap my name on the contract for yours. Bills are not included in the rent price of £926. Also, there is a deposit for the room of £1232
