# A home, not just a houseshare | Mile End | £1,100 bills included

We're looking for someone to join our friendly, sociable home in Mile End, just a four-minute walk from Mile End station (Central and District lines).

### A little about us

We're two men in our late thirties, good friends, and looking for someone who wants to feel at home rather than simply have somewhere to sleep.

We're sociable, easy-going and enjoy having a bit of life in the house. We sometimes cook and eat together, have friends round for dinner, and generally enjoy each other's company.

That said, we're not running a party house. We love a good night out, but that's what the rest of London is for.

We're looking for someone friendly, relaxed and considerate who'll feel at home here. We enjoy spending time together, but everyone has their own life, and there's no expectation that we spend every evening together.

### The house and room

The house is in good condition, and we're currently doing some decorating to freshen things up.

There's a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable communal living room with a TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV.

The living room is very much a shared space, as is the rest of the house. Whether you fancy cooking dinner, having friends round or spending an evening on the sofa, we want you to feel completely at home.

The house also has:

- A private garden
- Two bathrooms
- Private parking available
- A cleaner twice a month
- Excellent transport links, just four minutes from Mile End station

The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but we're happy to discuss furnishing it depending on what you need.

We're also relaxed about making the space your own. Our previous housemate decorated and painted their room however they liked, and we'd be happy for you to do the same.

### Rent and bills

**£1,100 per month, including all bills.**

That covers gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and the fortnightly cleaner. No complicated bill-splitting or unexpected extras.

### A note about living with landlords

Yes, we're live-in landlords, but we really don't want the house to feel like you're living in someone else's space.

It's your home too. Have friends over, make yourself comfortable, enjoy the garden, decorate your room and settle in. We're pretty relaxed and want everyone to feel equally at home.

### Get in touch

If this sounds like somewhere you'd enjoy living, send us a message and tell us a little about yourself.

We'd be happy to show you around, have a chat and see if it's a good fit for everyone.
