Hi, I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment.

This is a second bedroom in a 2B2B flat, with a fixed-term contract starting from 5 March for 6 months.
Short-term stays are not accepted, but renewal is possible.

Early move-in is available from late February (exact date negotiable).
Before move-in, I will make sure the room and all shared areas are fully cleaned and tidied, so you can move in with just your suitcase.

You will have your own private bathroom, located about 2 metres outside the room, which is extremely convenient and feels almost like an en-suite.
