About the house:

4 bedroom house spread over 3 floors. It was newly renovated when we moved in about 2 years ago. We have a large kitchen, bathroom (with separate bath and shower) and downstairs toilet.

We have a beautiful large living room with a big dining room table, great for dinners and hosting. We also have a TV, which includes Netflix, Disney plus and Amazon prime.

We also have a lovely terrace which overlooks Regents Canal, and is lovely in the summer months.

We’re just across the road from Victoria park. Nearest underground station is Mile End (10 minute walk) and there’s a bus stop right outside our house (277, 425, and 8 service)

About us:

Three girls currently live here aged 29-31

Looking for:

A friendly flatmate aged 26-35 who has their own social circle, but also likes to hang out together in the flat and go out for the occasional glass of wine / fitness class / dinner etc. Must also be clean and tidy - we like to keep the place looking nice and feeling like home! 😊 xx
