We are looking for a third flatmate to join us in a top-floor (5th and 6th) terraced duplex in a modern development in Bromley by Bow. The flat comes with fully modern amenities (Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher). This also includes lift, concierge, and free gym as well. The floor to ceiling windows and the massive terrace are my favourites. Their are three toilets for three people and one shower is shared.
This property is well-located (E33FG). Within 3 mins of walking distance, both to the Devons Road DLR (for easy access to Stratford, Canary Wharf), and Bromley-by-Bow District/Hammersmith&City line stations (easy access to the city). Takes 15 mins to get to the City & Canary Wharf and 20 mins to get to the City Airport.
There are a few nice little pubs around, a Sainsbury's very close (2 mins walk) and a giant Tesco within 5 mins walking distance. Victoria park is a 20 minute walk away.
Bills are around 100-200 per month per person (utilities, internet, council tax etc).
I am leaving for a job away from London but have loved the house and my flatmates. They are mature, calm, clean with busy jobs. One is an energy trader who likes to game and go to the gym. The other works in film and media. Drop me a message if you are interested!
