Hi! My flatmate is moving out on October 1st from our flat in Bow Road (Tomlin’s Grove). I’m looking for someone chill and sweet to join the flat, and open to living with a cat :)

I’m 26 and work in urban development. I have a very fluffy cat, Shapour. I take care of everything but I would like to find a flatmate who is comfortable around pets and okay with the responsibility of living with an indoor cat (e. g keeping windows closed if the room is open).

The rent is £1000/month. Bills not included. Underground/DLR stations are < 2mins away. Victoria park < 15mins away. Income requirement is 32k to not need a guarantor.

The flat is on two floors, with the two bedrooms upstairs. Shared bathroom. Washing machine in the kitchen (no dryer).
