I’m looking for a new lodger in 2026 to share my lovely, modern apartment located between Bow and Hackney Wick.

**The Room**:
- Spacious and bright, with double doors that open onto the balcony, perfect for fresh air and plenty of natural light.
- Ample storage, including a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and under-bed space.
- A decent size desk and office chair
- There are 2 bathrooms ...so no waiting in the morning

**The Apartment**:
- Modern, spacious, and cozy with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
- The building has concierge service and security.
- All bills are included.

**The Vibe**:
- I have a little dog who thinks she owns the place, so being dog-friendly is a must.
- Looking for someone tidy, kind, and respectful who enjoys a calm, peaceful home.
- Ideally I'm looking for a generally quiet, tidy person who dow their own thing (lived with a young female student before, that worked really well)
- I do enjoy a good chat or a meal now and then, it would be good if you’re open-minded, sociable every so often, and easy to get along with.
